Return Policy

Products sold on Coffee Dot Com are non-returnable. We request customers not to accept the parcel if it is visibly damaged during delivery. Once accepted, the product cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped by sending an email to coffeedotcom.customercare@gmail.com with the subject line “CDC Order Cancellation” or by messaging us on WhatsApp. The cancellation is valid only if you receive an acknowledgment from our team via email or WhatsApp. Without our confirmation, the cancellation request will not be considered valid.

Cancellation After Shipping

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order. If you still choose to proceed with cancellation, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and the customer will bear this cost.

For Membership Customers

Even if your membership includes free shipping offers or discounts, the shipping charges will still be deducted from your refund amount if the order is canceled after shipping.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the product back in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund through one of the following methods depending on availability and customer preference:

We may refund using the same payment method used for the purchase
We may offer store credits to be used on future purchases
We may transfer the refund amount to your bank account, once you share the correct details with us

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account once processed.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed either to the original mode of payment or to the bank account details provided by the customer, whichever is possible and convenient as per Coffee Dot Com’s processing methods.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, the refund will be made to the customer’s designated bank account. Customers are requested to share their account details via WhatsApp or email. The process may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account after the refund is initiated.

Company’s Discretion

Coffee Dot Com reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds, cancellations, and the condition of returned products. We may revise this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
